1. Return Timeframe: You have a window of 30 days from the date of receiving your items to initiate a return.

Item Condition: Your item/s must be returned to Cross Nation at PO Box 741, Freshwater NSW 2096 Australia in its original packaging, with dust cover bag, brand new, unworn, undamaged and with its original tags still attached, in protective postal packaging. Please send your parcel within 30 days of your original order date + share tracking information with us at info@crossnation.co
- Returns of items that have the tags removed will not be accepted.
It's important to use the original packaging when returning items, to ensure they are not squashed or damaged in transit. Damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged.
- We do not offer free returns, therefore return postage must be covered by the buyer.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
