Return Policy: 
We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you might need to reconsider your purchase. That's why we offer a 30 day return policy. Please review the following conditions to ensure a smooth return process:

1. Return Timeframe: You have a window of 30 days from the date of receiving your items to return an item.

3. Item Condition: Only new, unused and undamaged products can be returned. Your item/s must be returned in its original packaging with all plastic hardware protective packaging still attached. All handbags must be returned in the dust bag and accessories in their gift box.
  • Returns of items that have been used or have any protective packaging removed will not be accepted and will be returned at your cost.
  • It's important to use the original packaging when returning items, to ensure they are not squashed or damaged in transit. Damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • Return postage must be covered by the buyer.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

Available Options for Returns:
We value your satisfaction and offer 2 options for returned items:
  • Refund: Opt for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). This will be processed using your original payment method once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet the specified return conditions.
  • Credit Note: Receive a credit note that you can use for future purchases on our platform.

Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned item(s) and ensure they meet the necessary conditions, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method, excluding any shipping costs
 
Is your item faulty?

Our handcrafted products are typically of the highest quality, but occasionally, issues may arise, potentially causing a fault in the bag. 

If you come across such an issue, promptly contact our Customer Service Team at info@crossnation.co.  Share pictures of the fault, and we'll guide you through the process – either with a replacement or refund. Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to be processed.
